I had a water bill that was double and determined that we had a slab leak, meaning the main was leaking under the sidewalk just on our side of the meter.Not very noticable water, but some was seeping out of a crack in the sidewalk.... $11k to fix.Best of luck!

@Michael Tucker The difference is there is def. double the profits with the airbnb in the back of the property...both together would be making 2k month in cash flow after all taxes and what not are paid

To double the market value of a building you need to "decrease" the NOI at a proportionate level which is significantly harder to do at a 10% cap than a 4% cap.
