Hi, I have a question like in lease it's mentioned that if tenant sue landlord and judge dismiss the case in that case tenant has to pay for landlord's attorney fee.then later tenant sues the landlord over security deposit dispute but loses the case.in the courtroom judge says case is dismissed , so at what point tenant  pays for landlord's attorney fee.because during the court session attorney fee's was not discussed, will landlord now sue tenant in a new case for attorney's fee retrieval.
