How are the demographics changing?

Gero,National tenants have certain demographics, traffic counts, going home versus going to work sides, sight line requirements, number of parking spaces, etc.You center might not be prime for them.

. :)but I do think you are hitting on some important points about the changes in rules and demographics of the current environment.  

Of course it can be helpful to go to your national statistics agency they often offer interactive maps with demographics as well as income levels and crime statistics. 

There is a large demographic of people like me who may not have the knowledge to invest but they have the stomach for it.

Demographic trends are favorable for long-term buy-and-hold, considering the Lehigh Valley is the fastest growing region of Pennsylvania and Allentown specifically is the fastest growing city in PA. 

one just needs to look at the demographics of the state or city.. 

I have no experience with that, and would like to have a good system by which I can regularly hit/mail the 'right demographic' at the 'right time'.
