He did not know I had seen and spoken to her the previous day when dropping off my child to a friend in the same neighborhood.

Until recently we thought we would give it to our child after college but now he indicates he does not want to live in San Diego.  

Hold up there with the Einstein maths failed story as it's completely incorrect.It's nice to believe to us chimps that he never failed maths, but a child he taught himself maths because he wasn't being taught that at school, and was teaching himself calculus in the first year he started to teach himself maths.To boil that down to "tenacity" is a stretch, the guy was an exceptional mathematician.

My wife and I had our first child a little over a year ago and where we currently live we are busting at the seems!

At 27 I bought my first 4-plex with partners and conventional financing (also had our first child and bought our personal residence... busy year!) 

I'm 28 years old, married to my beautiful wife, Krissi and we just had our first child, a little girl, who is now 6 weeks old, Addison. 

I live in South Florida and my wife and I purchased a 2-story, 10 year old 4/3 SFH in 2016 ahead of our second child being born to give ourselves more space since we had been in a 2 bedroom townhouse.

We waited for over a week on one for the adult child executor to renegotiate terms with the new wife who was widowed as she threatened to sue the estate, stalling everything, unless they agreed to give her a higher percentage than she was left in the will. 

@Jonathan Child, I just closed on a property in the Huntsville area, and @Caroline Davis of New South Realtors, Huntsville, got max rent for me in about 2 weeks.  

It was our inaugural personal project but it was a difficult rehab that still ended with unlevel floors, 4” exterior walls with little insulation, bad original bones, and a huge toll on our time and energy (I gave birth to our first child during the drywall phase).
