they trade for pennies on the dollar... give to collection agency.. or take whatever cash you can get.. chasing tenants is usually a pretty tough thing to do... unless u have nothing better to do..

If they owe you more that the deposit you may or may not have, you can pay more legal fees to chase, or you can turn all the paperwork over to a collection agency.
