None of my mortgages are over 75K and I've had zero issues and no additional costs. definitely worth doingyou should look into seasoning, almost all banks are 6 months minimum. you can use delayed financing (which I recommend) but it will only allow you to pull out the funds you put in at HUD, so you'll have to pay for rehab at the time of closing. what this does is allow you to refi as soon as a tenant is in place. the whole process for me went from ~8 months to <12 weeks.
