Wayne or anything, but I doubt the appreciation run up in the last two years can accommodate for the increase in list price over the last close price barely a year ago.

The walls were bare when we purchased and we did put some art on the walls, but room for more, I agree. 

That's about the bare minimum cost to do a real estate deal these days. 

The building is obviously broke and barely passed inspection.

My bare minimum is $100 per month.

I've found the platforms, in my case particularly AIR to be hard to work with.....very poor tech support, if they can even barely speak English....And the supervisors are not much better.

The banks are weeding out the "barely able" investors.
