I get having the need for moderators...

If there are a lot of neglected yards, the area is full of either renters or alcoholics.

While I was at the PT clinic the second time, I went back to school to get my B.A and then two teaching credentials (one in general ed and the other in special ed moderate/severe disabilities) and my Master's in special ed.

How about every Sat AM, choose a topic, choose a moderator, and have a live conference call, members only, to discuss the topic.

I'm a mainstay there and yes their rep system is useful a bit flawed itself due to countless rep trading.But to be honest implementing that same system here would be more detrimental than the current system as I can see overuse of the rep system with constant rep trading unless there is a way to moderate that kind of system which unfortunately isn't the case over at bb.com

Some news . . .We've brought Jason Berman (former Director at Colorado Assn. of Mortgage Brokers and creator of the Mortgage Tech Summit) on as a speaker/moderator for a panel/discussion about investor financing options.In addition, I've brought in some excellent outside help to our conference team --> Pamela Vaughter (former Program Communications Coordinator, Conventions for National Association of Realtors), who will help me and our intern Shawn Patton as we proceed with the planning of the event.BTW - only 7 hours remain for the discounted tickets . . .

I crossed that line unknowingly recently with some wording I used that came across  like a sales pitch and was called out in private message by a moderator within 24hrs... something I personally am very impressed with and was happy he caught it and edited. 

I have joined this group for two reasons - one is that I represent a non-profit (501c3) that takes property/land donations and rehabs for sale to low/moderate income families, veterans and active-duty military.
