Have any experienced investors figured out what type of cost-efficient kitchen cabinets work best in a flip in terms of attracting buyers?

Supposedly modular can save significantly over custom home builders.Does anyone out there have thoughts on this?

What's great about real estate, is that it is customization to match your risk/reward.    

It needs cabinets, countertops, tile floor, and paint.

They're also super responsive on customer service, and I like their reporting.One of the founders was a founder at RealtyShares, and they came out of the Y Combinator startup incubator, which often (not always!)

I suggest that if you are hoping to start mowing lawns for money that you try to find our which of your neighbors could be willing customers.

What is the usual discount for lumber, cabinets, shingles, plumbing, and electrical?

I read the secrets of the millionaire mind, followed some of the steps, ended up saying I was a money magnet, came across a nickel, said I was a money magnet, customer gave me 120 dollars, said it again and my monther in law is gifting us 40k to buy a house.

I typically put in nice(ish) cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel applicances.
