Depending n state law, this may be subject to redemption but basically you own the property.

For example you can tell them you have a Real Estate holding company that will buy n number of properties under separate LLC's.

We educate / We mentor / our trainees find the deals - we analyze the deal together. if we decide to fix n flip - we share the net profits - this is a way to get great training!!
