I'm from Brooklyn, NY and don't have a clue as to what a good investing area in Newark or NJ is for that matter as I'm just getting my feet wet.

We were just getting our feet wet so we were looking at a Ski Condo which is a about 700sqft unit with a small bedroom.

I know this is what I want to do to build wealth long term, so I want to get my feet wet and go through the process once.

I‘m considering to shift gears and continue saving but instead really educate myself and take the plunge to get my feet wet with long distance BRRRR.

My wife and I are getting our feet wet in real estate.

I think it's seriously worth considering partnering with a great local team and getting your feet wet where you have a lot of control.Finally, as someone from small-town Minnesota, I have considered investing in SW Minnesota for a while now, but vacancy is a concern and I don't want to build another team to try and sleep at night about doing a deal there - at least not yet. 

So far I hired an engineer who is flagging wet lands, doing boundary work and creating digital topo maps.  

It's pretty wet out today. 

The humidity got so bad in the house the floors would get wet and puddle up.

Renting this condo will be a good way to get my feet wet in renting a property, but I don't want to force it if this property isn't worth holding onto.
