Pretty sure we started in the 1st grade and there are long standing good reasons for that.Ah, I see too you are a wholesaler and mentor, so there is an agenda with the jump in a do it.I just have a hard time swallowing that wisdom, if that were true, why wouldn't real estate agencies, law firms, accounting firms, hospitals and other professions simply allow beginners to begin with a mentor, then go take their formal education, then get a license?

I am far, far from an expert but I have learned almost everyone has some pearl of wisdom.
