It is horribly frustrating to waste my time everyday looking at potential "Money Makers" that are advertised and half of the base prices are $20,000 over the comps, not including the way under-priced remodel it needs.

The only thing that sticks with me is the fact that when I had both Lehigh and Cape Coral houses advertised for rent the Cape houses got by far the most action.

Granite slabs would have been the last thing I'd think of, I'd think logistics would be a real issue.I can see and know we could get signs, banners, home welcome gifts, anything printed, embossed, hats, work and casual clothing, gadgets for advertising such as cards, pens, pen-pencil sets, calculators, watches, phones, really any small item for home, auto or business and promotional novelties.

Once I started posting in my advertisements that tenants must pass a criminal background screening, the quantity of applicants went down but the quality went up.
