A team that works together will always do better than an individual.. but a team that does not is worse than just being on your own.

The tenant in the other side complained at first about "exhaust fumes" but never did she mention that it smelled like sewage.

Georgia Bank & Trust had great reviews, but their recent buyout seems to have "creative lending" on hold for a few months.I've looked into Dwell, Lima One, Colony, and B2R a bit, but I wanted to exhaust local options before going that route.  

Luckily my uncle lives less than an hour away from the property so he will be checking in for me.

The home inspector is inspecting and testing thousands of items during the inspection, not all deficiencies are detectable in a short amount of time, no home inspection is completely exhaustive.

The red dot is the subject property, less than an 1/8 mile away there is a 3/2 that has sold for 114k!!! 

I picture the situation of them needing to empty a house in order to close and knowing its easier to qualify for a room thru an individual owner rather than an apartment through a PM company.. but that part is just a hunch.Again I'm compassionate about all genders, sexes, disabilities, etc but we purchased a single family residence because we do refuse to live under the same roof as another family, indeed.  

So you often get an "if the inside is trash" opinion of value, rather than an "as is" appraisal.
