I know it's not specific software for mileage or book keeping but I have 4 properties, have been doing this for 3 years, and just made a simple google sheet to track everything. 

I know laws are state specific, but any advice would help in case I need to foreclose.

I personally just attend 1 to 3 auctions in my home state of SC.Personally, I attend as many auctions as I can :)I actually have my list of favorite states and counties, but with good organization and a detailed plan there are no limits if you operate online.

Also, is there a specific episode of your show? 

Areas like Fountain Square, Bates-Hendricks, and Irvington have seen revitalization, but you’ll want to do your homework on specific blocks.

More specifically where you will be doing it?

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

And while it's all coming together, I saw a lot of things that I liked - job growth, planning and development, infrastructure improvements etc.  

My question is really if I am going to scale as planned what have you all seen structure wise.

We are planning to rent the home.
