Hey All,I looked through the forums but saw no clear guidance.Here is the situation.We own a house where my son lives while going to school that is just off campus adjacent to ASU in Tempe AZ.Today we posted an ad on Hotpads advertising one of the rooms for rent.

My son will be living at the property for atleast 1 year but I was thinking that the business address should be the property address but the mailing address be my home address.

Another possible option is actually selling the property to our son at market price, but even if we do that without a realtor, I'm thinking that would probably incur unnecessary costs.

Im a realtor who wants to start wholesaling, but the whole assignment of contract thing kept messing me up and I feel Like it makes the process harder.I don't know son, I think I'd go back and read a few books on the whole process "thingie".
