Individual RE is a different animal.

And if your an animal lover a serious vet visit/hospitalization that would costs thousands here would cost 80-90% less there.  

It is hard to step back & be objective.Using an impartial outsider (PM) could make the transition much smoother & remove you from the day-to-day drama.

@Charlie Cameron, STR is definitely an interesting niche but definitely a different animal then normal rental.

I mean, a Home, Retail Store, Animal Hospital, Nail Salon, or many things would be great beside of our building as they do not produce foul gasses, odors, and vibrating our building for hours a week.

one is stick built off site, the other is Manufactured, and are completely different animals.

I don't know much about the Boston Market besides that is a whole different animal as far as the price point than Southeastern Connecticut.
