One of these are requiring me to replace the roofs on 2 outbuildings on the property I am purchasing within 30 days of binding coverage and want a signed contract with a roofing company prior to coverage.

I just signed up for Pro and was learning the calculator tools as well.

I went to get a building permit from the town as the "home owner" and they said that since I purchased the home under my LLC, they want me to sign an affidavit stating that I intend to live in the home once the project is complete.

If they just wanted out, he had them sign over the house to himself and he would rent it out after they left the home.

I just find it all a bit odd because so many docs are signed at closing, which is all notarized.  

I didn't even raise the price when I offered it to him, but he cut me a finders fee (which I got in a signed contract) anyway.

I just received some documents to sign/initial from both my realtor and the selling realtor.

During the inspection we did not find signs of water leakage but I will be able to see more when I remove the wood tomorrow, so am not ruling that possibility out completely.  

The TDS only has to be presented after a purchase agreement is signed.
