I am having trouble finding cash-flowing properties.

Hi Adrian, my company (ERA Grizzard) has an entire property management arm with ( I could be off), but around 1800 units under management.

If I wish to continue adding properties/units, I have to make some choices. 1.

David Greene mentioned that when he does out of state renovations, he likes to leverage property managers to overlook the construction process.

I have a lead on a property very close to the University of Akron that makes a lot of sense for me.

But my office has a PM office with well over 1000 properties they manage.
