The bank will want to see that your investments are performing, I'd be a little concerned about how this would effect my ability to borrow.

I'll look for something more clear cut until I gain the experience I need to ask the right questions and perform the right due diligence.Thanks again.

To put the performance of these bonds into context, I feel performance is less FICO driven vs. a combination of skin in the game and experience as you alluded to.
