Hi All,  I'm looking to build a rental property portfolio and while searching online for a good location to start my search I came by an article (link below) that had a map function that shows Muskegon Michigan with what looks to be some interesting numbers.  

I invest in major markets where both population and jobs (two predictors of real estate demand) are moving...CA, TX, NC etc.

I have done a brief search online to no avail.

But the location (being on a major road surrounded by apartments) is not ideal for our children.
