I would like to connect with other's from the BP COMMUNITY that either reside in the ABE area or Lehigh County and build a solid network that is focused on CRUSHING OUR INDIVIDUAL REAL ESTATE GOALS!  

I was told that the individual could not give me an estimate for specific areas in regards to utilities (electric, water, sewer, etc) because there are too many variable that go into it such as square footage, gas vs electric, etc. etc.  

These are licensed Individuals who value their time.

Might be a good way to meet like minded individuals and discover ways to get connected.  

As an individual, you can only get so much financing in your own name.

Okay, so for those of you who have interacted with me on here would know I'm a young thriving individual who is looking for his first wholesale deal in the market.

Don't forget to put in some sturdy bedroom doors and a keying system you can control for both the front door and each bedroom if you are going to rent them individually.

Talk with your insurance agent to make sure you have the correct policy(s) in place if/when you decide to rent it out to another individual.

I ask because some other lenders that I had questioned advised me that they would only lend in individual names.

I'd like to build a community around me of like minded individuals.
