We would like to free up some cash to make improvements on our current home, move out into a multi-family property, rent the other units in the property and then rent our current home. 

I'm looking at updating/improving the kitchen and bathroom on a small house in Waldo to prepare it to become a rental property. 

Being far from large cities means less access to property management companies, 24-plumbers, etc. 

The town is doing a lot in terms of development/ improvement of public spaces. 

I would also look at which of these has the best mass transit, easiest access, and some type of amenities.

Apparently, there was an issue with being logged into the payment portal rather than the backend of your LeadPropeller account and therefore could not access the appropriate menus. 

So we added a lock to the 2nd door, there was no lock at the time, to "try' and control who had access to the building.  

My tenants are interested in buying their rental from me but need time to improve/establish their credit as well as save up a down payment.

To the OP - if zoning doesnt allow it to be improved as a MHP then just take it out of the equation as a whole.

It can be a helpful tool as it allows you MLS access and you can write your own offers etc .Are you looking to work as an agent helping people buy and sell and earn commissions  or to use the license to help you invest in real estate ?
