I wouldn't want to place my hard-earned dollars with someone who didn't genuinely care about me/my investment either - that just plain stinks.

If you buy good rentals, in good neighborhoods, screen tenants, and are genuinely interested in providing them with a good living experience, you'll get fewer complaints.  

The property is currently ~D and I want to transform it into a B+ (this is an inner city rental)Also I read your book "Building wealth with inner city rentals" and got some great ideas for this property!

I should add, like others have stated, that like the second hand contact/inhalation of cigarette carcinogens, the ingestion of toxic spores would take quite some time to genuinely make you ill, aside from maybe a little runny nose or small headache...which brings me back full circle to the "myriad of other illnesses."

Think of it is a magical transformation of land into a smart, efficient, modern oasis no matter what the challenges.

One you go into it, you stuck with it.But the retail industry is going through a major transformation, with on line shopping.

You really just have to have a genuine conversation with them and figure out why they're looking to sell.

It puts a bad name for those that genuinely want to support aspiring investors to start their portfolios.
