Here are some of my favorites (I have a bias for BiggerPockets books, so this list does not include my own book or those of BiggerPockets' Publishing company, although I truly love our books!)

I am a realtor but don't think me biased as I have data to back this up but the RIGHT Realtor will get you the best price for your home and more than pay for his commission vs what you would get if you FSBO the property and keep all the profit. 

I MAY be a little biased because I am in the machine gun business as well as RE

While most of what you will read and hear is universal, keep in mind that in the areas of finance, regulation and taxation there is a U.S.A. bias in the content on BP.  

I am biased but I have to side with my peers that are in favor of the BRRRR strategy.

But then again, I am biased and FOCUSED (not diversified) on real estate investing.

I have acquired over 1,000 apartment units in several states.As far as which midwest city I like - I am biased towards Cincinnati, Ohio which is where I started investing.

I was seeing 6% to 8% cap rates on other properties in the area but I'm thinking that was biased high.

. :-) But, I may be biased.
