I am isting a bank property on a manufactured home  on 6 acres it is 20 years old will need a new roof, about every wall has been punched through, carpet will need to be replaced, possibly no HUD plate as I didn't see it. 

A modular home is built to the same California Residential Building code as a site built home, not to HUD codes like a manufactured or mobile home, and they are deeded the same as a site built.

I have personal experience with problems related to gang members and crystal methamphetamine manufacturing there.

I don't see much major manufacturing being done anywhere in the states, let alone FL.

Good contractors warrant both their work, and in the case of materials they purchase, they will access the manufacturer's warranty on your behalf should a part fail. 

That should get you about 100 units or if you want to try the manufactured housing community route, you could probably pick up 200 spaces.

Does this law / do these flipping restrictions apply to mobile & manufactured homes?

The only mobile home park builders I see operating these days are companies who also manufacture homes.

Then when I told him the jig was up and I caught him in a big lie he threatened to sue me for slander of all things then got in his truck and drove off never to be seen again.I could go on and on having spent 30+ years as a General & Manufactured Home Contractor, Manufactured Home Dealer, developer, investor, property manage but most importantly an EXPERT WITNESS for construction defect, mis representation and fraud by licensed contractors and unlicensed operators purporting to be properly and legally qualified.
