The truth is, it really is one of those freak cases in which honest, trusting people are victimized and left holding the bag.

Some broken kitchen cabinets, dust (like a lot of it) everywhere, and paint isn't in its prime.

I have half a mind to send the douche bag a note telling him the house is not available to him on account of the rude behavior during the tour. 

Plus the factory finish comes in no bs no need to find a place for them to dry while no one works to make dust which will stick right to those cabs.

I have learned from experience and luckily the lesson learned was not too expensive, but it did cost me (and my husband at the time) about $1500.00.No matter how reliable they are, you will be left holding the bag at some point.Plenty of my friends and extended family have had the same experience.

I feel like I need to run my list through looking for address changes as my list has a little dust on it. 

Dion is absolutely correct, don't get creative trying to write notes, don't even do it as a separate matter as you are "mixing" interests, you can't be on both sides of that fence.Totally agree, wait until the dust settles in court, the bank/lender will be waiting as well, I don't see any hurry until the other matter is cleared up.

The market I'm in is interesting in that lacks the peaks and valleys that many places do, which is a mixed bag.  

We just want the $$, we are not getting it, so pack your bags.
