If nothing gains traction then, then it is pretty clear that I'm not willing to dedicate the time it takes to get a business going. 

That takes away the "shock and awe" that often comes from an unexpected proposal and allows you to set-up a true/dedicated business meeting.  

Deciding what to do next is not much different than deciding and executing on real estate strategies...just dedicate time to it.

Those that are truly dedicated and hard-working can prudently use debt to grow their capital stack and become "successful" using wealth as the sole measuring stick.
