As @Natalie Kolodij mentioned; you'll want separate LLCs to hold the properties in.It sounds like a pain but when (not if) you get sued by a tenant or random that came on your property; you'll be grateful you had a secondary LLC under the umbrella of your larger corp.Some investors go as far as titling each home to a TRUST which is managed by an LLC that's under the umbrella of a corp.
