It’s the self doubt that is my biggest stumbling block and inhibits my ability to act.

Plus the cost of removing plumbing, working around windows, blocking joists etc.I see basements on a regular basis with overkill fixes, i.e. one wall had a problem and instead of bracing one, they braced all four just to be safe.

Every surface, odor blocking primer, then 2 coats. 2 floors that had carpet, stripped down to wood floor, soaked like #1, 3-4 coats poly, luxury plank vinyl over that. 4. 12-24 hours ozone machineStill can smell it, especially on humid days.

@Marshall Gerston - our first property was a house a block away from BYU in Provo. 

I'm not surprised that they are changing it to block higher income earners from using the loan program.

Is this with a bank or "Lefty" down the block?

It's literally blocked with big trees to the house.

I live a block from my two primary short-term rentals,  so I can take care of  illegal parties or regulatory  questions or small fixes or cleaning / handy person no shows  or checking in  people if I want.
