you will do fine just know the rules on tax sales before you jump in.and the best place to do that is your local title company that sells title insurance they will tell you what they need to issue it.. thats the bottom line.. if your in an attorney closing state then the attorney who specializes in real estate closings should know this off the top of their head..

First off as a local investor with extensive knowledge of the area I have no idea if you’re rent projections are right bc you didn’t say number of bed and baths.

I’ve been doing research and majority of states have the same/similar eviction process and time line minimum 30 days.

One property is a 2 bed 2 bath house listed at $33,000 with most likely $7,000-$10,000 in rehab with a rental rate of around $500.

So here it is point blank bought a beautiful 3 bed/2.5 bath house in a remarkable development built in 2006.

Additionally, my schedule lined up nicely with the alternating times so it was never really an issue.

My family and I will be up there right around New Years so it should line up perfectly with January’s meet up.
