In short, I think you’re better off buying 20-30 business / real estate books, read them and couple it with podcasts and YouTube, you’ll be fine.

If you want to educate yourself on the overall process of finding owners/motivated sellers research it on Youtube, good information on there if you put in the time. 

@Jacki F.I might encourage you to watch some youtube videos on things you are having done so you’ll have some understanding for what something is or how involved it is.

Look for Ryan Dossey on Biggerpockets or Youtube.
