We build my commission in the transaction when we buy and put the money in my pocket versus someone else's pocket.The think I LOVE about my brokerage is that I just pat a flat fee ($95) per transaction and get paid at the closing table in most instances.

If that means that person comes to the table with more than half the cash and all the experience and wants 75 percent of profits, it still might be a good deal for you.

I have heard and read a number of times around here that I can find funding to come to the table with the rest of the funds to close the deal.I'm fine paying closing costs and lawyer fees and I consider that to be skin in the game.
