It seems like this is the place to be to get all of my questions answered for now and perhaps in the future I'll feel enough like an authority on a topic to chime in with some advice to other people's questions.My interest in Real estate stems partially from my mother who owns 7 rental properties but primarily from a RE Investor that I met in Nicaragua 5 years ago.

She's been a stay at home mother for about 10 months tending to our two younger children (2 years old and 7 month old).

HelloMy mother has over a million in assets and zero debt.

I am a nurse and only make about 72,000 gross a year.

I work at a local hospital, been there for 5 years now, and currently in school for Nursing.

If my client wants it sold as quick as possible for as much as they can because they have to move their dying mother into a home, I'll advise accordingly.

I have tenants who are nurses, aids etc. that work crazy hours so I'd prefer a plow come early.

So my step-mother thinks that it is as clean as it's going to get and that what remains are likely unremovable stains.
