Keonnee,The insurance for the property should be in the name of the owner as listed on the title. 

I do want to manage it myself eventually, but we will have a realtor to list it.

For something listed through MLS, what does it cost you to use a realtor?

From my clients experience here is a list of "Buyer Beware" red flags with hiring anyone...- If they do not have About us on their website - In the about us page there is no name- When you Google their name there is no reference to them ever doing the services you are looking for- So I have mentioned this millions of time - you get what you pay for.

Make a simple spreadsheet or written list with the features of each and see which ones appeal to you most.
