The only category already built is furniture and equipment.

Additionally, it is no longer good enough to have a nice house with furniture so focus on design that can distinguish yourself but also you must add amenities. 

The house has been renovated with wood floors, and I bought really nice furniture from Pottery Barn and such.

You will also be depreciating some office furniture, computers, etc all of which have different lives.

He helped them pack, move their furniture and delivered it all to their next place.  

So I would nix the white furniture.

A 4 car garage FULL of great furniture.

I imagine there might be furniture on feet that weigh as much as a cabinet/counter.
