Hello all, I joined yesterday after watching the webinar.  

To continue living here, I'm required to work full time and unable to purchase a 2nd property or join any LLC's.

I'm chomping at the bit to get into wholesaling in the Metro-Atlanta area, looking for recommendations for groups to join, meetups, etc. so I can start talking w/ other wholesalers in my area.

I wonder if the longterm ramifications of joining the two properties (if at all possible) would have a greater negative impact.
