I am not a Lawyer but I was a real estate broker for about 30 years in Texas, so I know a little bit about what I am saying. 

That would be active Atlanta agents and brokers who are also successful investors.I myself am not an agent or a broker, but I happen to know a few superstars.

You can use mailing lists, brokers, go to networking events and establish relationship with other investors, brokers, insurance agents, attorneys, property owners, etc...

I'd suggest that you work with a list broker to get some list alternatives for your area.

Wow a good broker can sell you a performing note were you get 100% and walk you through it.. all your money and their great idea  Not sure about that..

I do think you have an idea worth exploring, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is some potential customers turned off by the look/feel of the industrial containers as opposed to traditional building so it may limit your customer base some.

I am working with a broker as mentor, and trying to get some opinions.The seller, my client, thinks it is worth about $300k more than my mentor/broker thinks it is worth.My client is making his calculation based on previous year's Expenses.

I also know a great mortgage broker in the area if you need.

You also have to work under a broker though so you’d want to be upfront about your investment plans prior to signing with them.I have never heard the thing about having to pay 70 percent value for a house if you are a licensed agent, it sounds like a myth .
