That's wild!

While it sounds wild out of context, having been looking for a few months and putting in several offers we felt confident that this place was a good fit, and that if we wanted to make a move on a property this was the way to do it.

However since it’s worldwide and still the Wild West, there’s no way to enforce it or even create a set of rules in the first place.It’s a get in, make money and cash out play.

Where does cash flow come from.Here is how I would explain it to a 12 year old.This is the city---Los Angeles California.There is this lady and her name is Freida (she gets the cash flow).A couple of years ago Freida and her husband James decided to buy a 4-plex rental and live in one of the units.They worked hard fixing it up and making it a nice place for all for all. 

The cities you've listed vary wildly in features and appeal.

I donated it to this charity dinner/auction for wild animals. 

While I was viewing the property, a lady drove buy asking the owner if it was for rent.

Zestimates can be wildly off and you don’t want to base your entire business model on some computer algorithm that may have a metric  wrong.
