What questions should I ask, or where should I guide the conversations to get the most bang for my buck? 

I was wondering if someone out there knows what I’m talkings about and guide me in the right direction and let me kno if I’m doing the right analysis .

Hopefully it doesn’t come to this, but that would be a valuable document if this ever goes to court to define what was done during the rehab.

I have read:The book on Rental Property InvestingThe book on Investing in Real Estate with No (or Low) money downThe unofficial guide to real estate investingI am planning to continue this education and go through a book every week or 2.Beyond that I am trying to connect with Local Real Estate agents as well as beginning to analyze deals daily for practice.

I’ve read the beginners guide and I’m looking for books to read.
