Since we're planning to renovate 2 small (6 x 11) bathrooms, paint and new minor kitchen upgrades, does it make sense to use existing cash and credit to fund updates or see if there's any existing equity to fund the renovations?

People sell properties for thousands of reasons i.e. hate being a landlord, want to cash out and retire, cash out to upgrade to a better property, divorce and heirs battling each other to sell the property so they can get their cash.

We made very low cost upgrades like a new kitchen, and bathroom, and lots of paint.

I have recently just renovated the kitchen with high end appliances and high end upgrades.

On the side, I’m upgrading my real estate license to Broker and I plan to offer property management services to others soon thereafter.

Specifically laying down artificial turf and concrete and making pool upgrades.  

Thebest way to upgrade the kitchen substantially is remodeling it.
