ATM we're pleased with our PM but we thought it may be good to diversificate.Maybe we will still invest in Tampa but in France letting all the eggs in the same basket is kinda double or quits.I've done a lot of research myself on the web to draw some rough lines for our next move.As you may guess, we want a passive investment as the primary goal is to maintain our capital.

I'd be very surprised if you actually put $4 - 5k in the bank every year with a deal like this - that's a guess from afar, just based on what I've learned managing only a few rentals on the other side of the country.

I would guess that what they are implying is that since you were not an owner at the time you emailed them initially, then they had no reason to be considering anything from you in regards to architectural changes.
