Jacob Ham There are good and bad PM out there just like any industry but something you should definitely be looking for is their technology and PM software.

I said the letter sent by CSC clearly indicates that the increase is due to "investments in people, systems, technology and service delivery", and not a fee related to occupying the space.

I spend much of my day reading & talking with people about the current RE market conditions, and for now,  Houston and much of Texas has faired well, so we are using caution when showing homes, and using technology to streamline much of the transactions.

I don’t think so, especially in Texas where people are not familiar with the technology.
