We've been working with a realtor who is willing to go to the various properties and take videos for us so that we don't have to fly to Florida every other week.

I've been watching a lot of videos and podcasts here on BP and I went to a local real estate club meeting.

Find someone on the ground there and get pictures and or video of the other properties on the street.

Video games and movies and tv are fun, but ultimately they do nothing for your future.

If you don't have MLS access and know how to comp properties this is a skill really worth learning and there are lots of youtube video that can help with this.The value of wholesalers is your ability to buy at a discount and that can be a huge asset building your portfolio if you add to it the knowlede of comping properties and estimating your rehab accurately.
