We find a high LTV based on purchase price, the ability to close with extreme speed, and being 100% reliable, has been a tremendous help to our business.

You should get on their email list and they will likely keep you up to speed on all the state and local changes in landlord tenant law.

When we're in the doldrums due to lenders thinking we've got enough going on already so difficulty with future financing, we start planning:  Step 1, pay off this debt; Step 2, save x amount into savings each month; Step 3, any bills we can cut to speed up 1 & 2?
