So does implying a sale and having a seller incur expenses getting things in storage, I've even seen meal eaten out as they can't cook at home after moving things out, motel bills as well.............as long as that seller acted in a prudent and customary manner based on the information they received and could reasonably rely upon, they win!

Cook county looks to use a "Property Identification Number" for individual properties, they have subdivision names, and use section/township/range as an area identifier.
