I'm sure you've been thinking about it from multiple angles, but as an outsider, it doesn't seem like a wise decision.

The concept seems better than new construction in terms of project time, but I'm wondering about the cons to this idea with exception of price being an obvious one.In theory it seems scalable and efficient, in my mind acquiring the land suitable would be the hardest task.

But I need $50k to close, and I can't seem to force myself to pass it up.Maybe it's my pride, or thinking that I need to do everything on my own because I know that I trust myself; but the idea of partnering with someone on a deal has never piqued my interest.

I know there does not seem to be a strong presence on BP for people in the New River Valley area (Pulaski, Radford, Blacksburg, Roanoke) but I would like to try and get some type of networking event going (either in person or in an online group). 

That repair budget seems a little low. 

Hmm... seems like framing a floor vs cement could lead to moisture issues (or maybe not otherwise why would they allow that option)...

Seems to not be prudent use of time.
