Is this a reputable lender that was referred by someone you know and trust?

Anyone else no any reputable wholesalers in the northern Virginia area? 

It's a nice thing that the town is big enough for a full pool of tenants but small enough for talk about a changing reputation for the property to get around quickly.I'm just glad it's all very definitely real now, and not some theoretical thing in a planning stage that I very certainly intend to do.

My home inspection is tomorrow morning and I will be speaking to the Sellers, and their agent ( who has a bad reputation).

@Mason Jobst I am new to the process myself but for reasons of integrity, trust, and building a good reputation I would recommend being as honest as possible.

Does the complex have a reputation on the street as a push over place?

I want to hire someone reputable but I've been quoted a $40 minimum.
