Hello everyone, I'm in the Pembroke Pines areas of Broward County and I am looking for a good mastermind/networking opportunities, but  I am looking specifically for REI people and I'd prefer something smaller than my local REIA  meetings.All comments welcomed.

We have not talked numbers or financing yet but he said I can bring in an inspector to take a look around.The last piece is that I'm self employed, earning around $30k a year, no debt, around $35k in cash I'm willing to invest, though I would prefer not to spend it all on one property.

I prefer buy and hold investing and have a few single family properties and one 17 unit apt building. 

Doesn't normally attorney prefer a fast transaction because the longer time require longer works? 

I still prefer the smart phone & have always used the pics from it for marketing etc.

I'm pretty confident I can get the investment backing, but I want to get my ducks in a row (renderings, investment return, etc|) before I approach my pool of investors, so as to look legit:)  Before doing that, however, I want to be able to articulate the structure of the deal.In the case where the land owner is involved, is he/she a equity stakeholder with a preferred IRR in the deal?

I would always prefer to do/hire out the work myself to insure its done well.....sellers can't be trusted!
