If it’s in a LLC, the LLC is a legal entity (according to the State) so if I try to represent my own LLC in court I’d be practicing law without a license (being attorney isn’t in my ball of tricks).

I might guess the numbers would be similar to the number of Personal Property Appraisers that exist today who are by the way, governed in many cases by the same "rule book" of professional standards as Real Property Appraisers are, called the Uniform Standards of the Professional Appraisal Practice or USPAP for short.

This is such an overlooked practice, with many listings throwing up photos in a random order where someone unfamiliar with the space has literally no idea what room they're looking at.

The seller who is not well organized said they usually collect rents on the 5th (usually).. i close on the third of this month and had some questions about best practice...
